For Gail

The dress just before shipping. It made it to Ohio on time and was worn on Saturday.

That's a very elaborate outfit. Lots of hours of work in it. Beautiful!

Beautiful!

Of course, now I'm wondering if it was worn in Indianapolis Saturday, since that's close to Ohio -- we were there, and it would've been so cool to see it "in person". I guess I'll just have to keep my eye out for it!

So pretty!
Do you do a lot in colors like pinks & blacks? I'm so used to thinking of these dresses as being whites & greens & blues, but these colors are so cute :-)

Thanks all for your comments. I try to keep this to non-work sewing, but sometimes this is the only sewing that gets done.

Gail- I am pretty sure it was the Indie Feis. She is a Burke Cleveland dancer in Champs.

Wendy-Pink is a really popular colour for solos. It could be the girls you see are in their school dresses, which tend to be much more traditional. They often only wear the solos for competitions and wear the school dresses for dance outs.
